Sebrena's Pics is a visual journey that documents the moments in my life. Each painting depicts the experiences of a young art student who later became a loving wife, mother, and eventually an empty nester. Just when I thought my life would become about me again, it took a life-changing turn when I became my mother's caregiver after her dementia diagnosis. My mom's journey inspired me to pursue my dreams. There's something about losing a parent that changes a person. It took me back to my first dream of being an artist. All the drawings on the fridge that Mom gladly displayed. Each watercolor painting has a story from the beauty of this journey."
